hwaa i hope my interview today at FedEx-Kinko's went well.. i'd be really happy if i got the job.. ^_^ ANYways...
quite bored so i'll answer bunny's questions...

1. What is your ULTIMATE ambition?
to rule the world! no, the universe!! nah.. being serious, i guess my ultimate ambition would be to obtain happiness. fulfill who i am supposed to be and then some.. hopefully after all that is accomplished, (and also finishing a world tour with my band and selling millions of albums =P) to live the rest of my days in peace with the ones i love. sounds corny and cheesy, but they're the simple dreams of a simple person ^^
2. How would you describe your band's sound?
hmm.. im not much good with adjectives.. so i'll just leave you to watch/rewatch a snippet of our gig footage..
3. Who are your biggest musical influences and why?
hmm.. there are a lot.. starting from the most recent, its gotta be switchfoot.. they're the reason why i wanted to start a band in the first place! in a nutshell, playing and listening to their music is a fun, rewarding and uplifting experience. i gotta give credit to L'Arc as well, each member in their own way contributed, inspired and helped the dreaming musician in me develop the necessary skills that i'm still slwoly and steadily developing. and lastly, casting back to more ancient times, back to as far as i can remember, gary v. has to take credit for kickstarting the musician in me. according to stories that my parents used to tell me, even as early as 2 yrs old i could already sing (actually memorized the lyrics) and dance to gary's entire album! they'd always be dumbfounded as to how i was actually doing it and that i would never really stop anytime soon after they press the play button..
4. What is your biggest moe? XD LOL
oh dear.. there's too much!! hahaha.. but in this case i guess Lucky Star has to take the prize. =P but in terms of moe characteristics, im a bit of an all-rounder haha! a little bit of tsundere here, obviously kawaii-ness, an appearance in a swimsuit and/or maid costume in the obligatory summer themed episode, some glasses wearing there, a dash of loli sometimes (but not too much coz thats just dodgy haha) a little bit of cluelessness and clumsiness, indecisiveness of their feelings for the person they like, and just be able to make random insanities of day-to-day living. (hope that didnt sound too incoherent fer ya hahaha)
5. What about the Philippines do you miss other than me har har har?
hmm.. aside from the folk, lets see.. the shopping malls, omg banana pancakes from pancake house *drool* me want now! >.<; iced tea as a default choice in the drink dispenser, jollibee, chicken-spaghetti meals in general, but especially mcdo's one, chicken congee from luk yuen noodle house, (i seem to be starting to ramble on about food related things lol.. ~_~;;) its hard to miss the rest of the stuf that makes the philippines 'the philippines' ne? lol..
p.s. for the past few weeks i've really been into listening to Chatmonchy.. thers sumthn about indie jap chick rock.. ahh another guilty pleasure.. i cant stop listening to this song.. plus the video is a work of awesomeness haha..

1:44 am - soooo fuckin pissed..

due to unforseen cirumstances, i had to pick up my dad from the train station (note the time, i had to get them at 1am) and for those that don't know, i also have an exam which is in a few hours time worth 45%. it's on the campus that's pretty much in the bush.. imagine if you live in las pinas and that your campus is uplb in los banos and you gotta be there at 8.40am for the exam.. this situation is currently stressing me out but what adds insult to injury, is that on the way home, as i turn into our street, and the house is but a mere 150m or less away, a cop car decides to pull me over, and fines me $185 and 2 demerit points on my license for not properly displaying my probational drivers' license plates (for those that dont know, you get a plastic thing with a green 'P' on it if you're on your way to a full license..) and that my rear P-plates were missing.. it seems to have been lost in transit.. how unlucky am i?!?!?! ARRRRRGGHHH IM SOOO FUMED!!! i'm supposed to be gathering up every last ounce of mental strength i can for the big test tomorrow and instead i get hassled with this ridiculous unlucky thing gahhhhh!!!!!!!!!

I think the starter on my car is starting to give out.. I was trapped for a good half hour at the gas station before my dad came to the rescue, lucky I was able to make it to lab, where we spent around an hour or so dissecting a rabbit and a fish. we couldn't be bothered dissecting the quail and we opted to go home instead hehe.. Tomorrow, must start on Envt Biology report due on wed. ~_~;; school work sux balls.

the ten things that recently made me happy are... (for mine im gona do a countdown style 10 to 1 hehe)
10. Food. I just came home from eating what could arguably be the best steak I've ever eaten yumm... And I haven't had jap food in over a week which is surprising so I must make a point to go eat some omurice and chicken katsu and kare-katsu sometime soon *drools*
9. Banana split. I'm contemplating of whipping one of my own but I duno.. The neapolitan ice cream is calling out from the freezer and the chocloate topping is too, as well as the last banana thats left that I haven't eaten yet.. So conflicted but I'm still a bit full.. Pardon if some portions of this countdown are food related =P
8. Random 2am spur of the moment hot fudge sundae or kebab runs with dooie. Most nights we're the only 2 left awake and it gets kinda boring so what do bored people do? Eat of course!
7. There's only about a month or so left in this semester. Drawback: assessments due and impending exams =S My 2nd and last exam is on Nov12 and then.. Natsu yasumi!!! ^_^ and 2 weeks later which leads to...
6. My birthday!! yayy!! Drawback: I'm 22. Old. ~_~;;
5. Ever present, insanely fast internet. Can reach top speeds of 250kb/s *drool* You can't be unhappy with that!
4. This season's new animes/TV shows. I'm currently following 7 new animes this season, add to that 4 other animes I'm already watching, I haven't even begun dl the jdoramas yet (no time!) then there's House M.D. and Heroes, and downloading 4 seasons of Ed. My plate is so full (pardon the food reference again haha) it's so distracting I can't work on my uni stuff properly (warning: research paper and symposium on wednesday, 45% exam the following monday =S) so much for doing those things lol.. Go the master procrastinator!
3. Moé. I'm a sucker for moé. Can't be helped! hehehe
2. Playing my first real official gig. That's something I can brag about now hehe.. Hopefully more to come if the rock n' roll gods allow. The thrill of rockin out on stage with the crowd cheering you on just puts a huge smile on my face ^_^
